CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy At E Skin Stufios, I understand that life happens and emergencies can arise. That’s why I do not charge for last-minute cancellations unless it becomes a recurring issue. To help me better serve all my clients, I kindly request at least 12 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows me to offer the slot to someone else who may be waiting. Late Arrivals: If you are running late, please text me as soon as possible to let me know. I build in a 30-minute time slot for each client to allow for extra flexibility. However, if you are more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time and I have not heard from you, your appointment will be canceled. Thank you for your understanding and for helping me ensure everyone gets the best service possible.
