CANCELLATION POLICY
Thank you for choosing to book your service with me. To ensure fairness and respect for both my time and that of other clients, the following policy is in place regarding cancellations and no-shows: Late Cancellation: If you cancel less than 12 hours before your scheduled appointment time, a 25% late cancellation fee will be charged. No-Show: If you miss your appointment without any notice, a 50% no-show fee will be charged. ⸻ I fully understand that life happens and unexpected situations can arise. I will always offer grace to those who are not repetitive offenders and will assess circumstances individually. However, no-shows will not receive grace, as they directly impact my ability to serve other clients and manage my schedule.
